At HealthExpress, all of our UK orders are dispatched using the Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service at no additional charge. This service guarantees the delivery of your order the very next day, before 1pm, provided that you have placed your order with us before 2pm the day before. Please be advised that a signature is required upon delivery, however should you not be in your house at the time of your orders delivery then you will simply need to visit your local delivery office to collect it in person. It is important to note that should you need to collect it in person you will be asked to provide at least one form of ID which can include a passport, valid UK driving license or credit/debit card in your name.
Once your order has left one of our network of UK pharmacies you will be sent the Royal Mail tracking number which relates to your order via email. With this number, you will be able to check on the status of your order as it progresses through the Royal Mail’s postal network. To check the status on an order you have already placed with us simply click on the link below, remember you will need your tracking number to hand to do so. Should you not have this information, simply contact one of our customer service representatives who will be able to provide you with this;

Please note that if you have placed your order from outside of the UK it will be shipped using the Royal Mail’s International Delivery service, which can take 3-4 working days for Europe and 7-10 working days for the rest of the World, including North America. To track these particular orders you will need to contact your countries local postal service as the Royal Mail will only track the progress of your order until it has been passed onto the local provider.
